The VRF may be submitted online. Before completing the VRF, please read the following:

• Transportation Service must receive a VRF with approval prior to departure.
• A van rental waiver must be completed.
• Driver certification must be completed at Transportation Service at the time of vehicle pickup.
• Drivers must complete and pass the Online Safety Training Course.
• Cancellations, or any other changes, must be made by phone after the reservation has been submitted.
• Vehicle rental will be charged via inter-departmental journal entry and final trip costs will be reflected in WebReports.
