About Brendan:
Brendan Keating, advancement communication director, facilitates the relationship between development and marketing at Loyola. Some of his duties include writing and editing advancement-related messaging, producing videos to support advancement needs, maintaining Loyola’s campaign Web site, and project-managing publications such as Il Bollettino and Magis.
A double alumnus of Loyola University Chicago, Brendan received an honors BA in English magna cum laude in 2001 and a JD in 2004. He also studied at the John Felice Rome Center in the spring of 2000 and the summer of 2002. He was the editor-in-chief of Loyola’s arts annual, Cadence, and the editor-in-chief of the School of Law’s Public Interest Law Reporter.
Prior to arriving at University Marketing and Communication, Brendan worked at the Cabrini Green Legal Aid Clinic and as a junior associate at a small law firm in Chicago, where two of his appeals were published and became Illinois law. He also spent time as an English teacher in Japan.
