ABOUT KARA: As a graphic designer with University Marketing and Communication, Kara Kilmer assists with a variety of design and production work supporting the University’s brand and graphic standards, including newsletters, posters, invitations, and brochures. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Kara received her BFA in Art & Design, with a focus in graphic design and photography. While attending Michigan, Kara worked as a design intern at the University‘s Botanical Gardens and Arboretum. In her spare time, she volunteers with the Taproot Foundation, using her artistic abilities to help out non-profit organizations. Kara came to Loyola in 2008, just shortly after relocating to Chicago upon graduation. |
