    • Application for Internal Transfer: Use this application if you are a current student and applying to another college or school within Loyola.
    • Application for Multiple Degree: Use this application if you are completing majors in two different schools.

    • Application for Reactivation: Use this application if you applied to Loyola, but did not attend.

  • Dual-degree program: If you are a current student applying for a dual degree (bachelors/ masters) within the university, please apply through Graduate and Professional Enrollment Management (GPEM).

  • VETERANS:  In addition to Loyola's expedited admission process, the Post-9/11 GI Bill provides educational assistance to individuals who served on active duty on or after September 11, 2001.  To see if you qualify for benefits under the Post-9/11 GI Bill, visit the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
  • INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: Loyola University Chicago's Office for International Programs can issue a Form I-20 or DS-2019 (certificate of eligibility for a student visa) after an international student has been admitted to Loyola University Chicago and has provided a Declaration and Certification of Finances and proof of funding for the session. In addition, international students must provide evidence of English language proficiency such as a TOEFL or IELTS score before being able to attend Loyola University Chicago.
