The best way to find out if Loyola is right for you is to visit us and see what campus life is like. Loyola undergraduates study at two campuses in Chicago. We encourage you to visit both campuses, especially if your areas of interest include majors that are at located downtown: Business, Communications, and Social Work. We offer many options for you to learn more. Choose the right one for you from the list below and schedule your visit today!

  • Tours
  • With a current Loyola student as your guide, take a tour of the University; visit academic facilities, student centers, libraries, and more. Although a transfer residence hall room is not included on the campus tour, you may see transfer housing options, layouts, and amenities on our Residence Life website.

    Lake Shore Campus (Rogers Park)
    Loyola's main campus is set along the shore of Lake Michigan on Chicago's North Side, in a residential neighborhood that is minutes from downtown Chicago and the Water Tower Campus. The Lake Shore Campus (LSC) is conveniently located off of the CTA Red Line – Loyola “L” transit station. If you’re visiting Loyola for the first time, we recommend you start here.

    Location: (LSC) Sullivan Center for Student Services

    Days/times available: Most Mondays through Fridays at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Tours at the Lake Shore Campus last approximately 50 minutes.

    Water Tower Campus (Downtown)
    Loyola's downtown campus is located along Pearson Street, just off of North Michigan Avenue, Chicago's "Magnificent Mile." The Water Tower Campus (WTC) is conveniently located around the corner from the CTA Red Line – Chicago “L” transit station. Undergraduates in select majors complete degree programs here and take advantage of internships at many of Chicago's businesses and cultural institutions.

    Location: (WTC) Lewis Towers Suite 800

    Days/times available: Most Mondays through Fridays at 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Tours of the Water Tower Campus last approximately 30 minutes.

  • Individual Appointments
  • Discuss your future goals, life at Loyola, and any other questions you may have about the transfer process with a transfer admission advisor. Individual appointments are offered Monday through Friday at the Lake Shore Campus (LSC) and the Water Tower Campus (WTC).

    Location: (LSC) Sullivan Center for Student Services

    Days/times available: Monday-Friday at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.

    Location: (WTC) Lewis Towers 4th floor, Suite 401

    Days/times available: Monday-Friday at 11 a.m., and 3 p.m.

    Note: Degree audits, course registration and advising services take place at a Transfer Orientation, a day-long program for all new transfer students that takes place just prior to the start of each semester. Transfer orientation is exclusively for admitted students who have accepted their admission offer by submitting an enrollment deposit.

  • Information Sessions and Events
  • On-campus Information Session

    Visit campus and attend a group presentation about the transfer admission and enrollment process. Learn about your next steps and scholarship opportunities, and get your questions answered. You will have the option to tour campus, speak with transfer admission staff, and find out how you can make the transition to become a Loyola student and complete your degree.

    Location: LSC, Sullivan Center for Student Services

    Dates/times: Saturday Morning from 10-12 PM on Sept. 26.

    Online Information Session(s)

    Transfer students who are unable to schedule an on-campus visit are encouraged to attend an online information session before or after applying to the University. The session will include information on the transfer admission and enrollment process, transfer credit policies and resources, and financial aid and scholarship opportunities.

    Location: Online through AdobeConnect

    Dates/times: Thursdays at 6 PM Central Time on Oct. 22, Nov. 19, Dec. 10,
