Readmission: Application & Checklist

  3. Forward this application to the Undergraduate Admission Office at Loyola University Chicago.

  4. Application deadline: July 1 for the Fall Semester (August) and November 1 for the Spring Semester (January). If you have taken courses elsewhere, you are required to submit transcripts from each school attended.  Applications are not considered complete until all official documents are received.

  5. Please allow four to six weeks from receipt of a complete application for us to process your file and inform you of your admission status.
