   DISTRIBUTION SITES AND HOURS

November 2 - 5, 2 – 6 pm,  McGuire Student Lounge (2nd Floor)

All new and returning eligible students who register by October 21 and have their student ID can pick-up their pre-printed Upass at the distribution site. Please bring your student ID.  Students are not registered and have their ID by October 21 will need to have a Upass made while CTA is on-site November 2-5.

Students who do not have a pre-printed pass and do not have their pass made while CTA is on-site, November 2 - 5, will not receive their U-pass until November 18.

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR U-PASS AFTER THE FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL

Students who have a pre-printed U-pass (registered by October 21), but who did not pick up their pass during the first week of classes, may pick up their U-Pass at the Terry Student Center, 2nd floor information desk.  Qualified students who do not have a pre-printed U-pass (registered after October 21) and did not have a pass made while CTA was on-site must wait until the final Upasses are made.  Students will be notified by email when their passes arrive on campus which should be on or before November 18.

After the end of the business day on November 11, any student adding classes to full-time status will not be eligible for a U-Pass and will not be assessed the fee; anyone dropping below full-time status will not be deactivated for the remainder of the quarter and charges will not be removed from the student account.  Students who picked up a pass, but dropped to part-time status prior to November 11  will have their pass deactivated and will not be assessed the charge.

   U-PASS FEE

U-Pass fee is $70 per quarter for Loyola Graduate School of Business students and is included in student tuition fees.  This fee is non-refundable.  Due to semester break, GBUS students will have two passes, the first valid from November 2 –December 14 and then the second pass January 19 – February 22.

   HOW IT WORKS
