Attorney General

Sarah "Frankie" Frank

Frankie is a Denver, Colorado native who currently serves as Attorney General for USGA. Frankie is a double major in Sociology and Human Services with minors in History and Women & Gender Studies. After graduating from Loyola, she plans to become a victim advocate and later, a human rights lawyer. She is active as a Gannon Scholar and serves as President and Founder of Amnesty International on campus. Having changed positions and branches within USGA, Frankie is excited to have a more active role in Loyola's student government and hopes to encourage an engaged and professional body of student leaders. She also plans to promote proficiency and open communication within USGA, and with the general Loyola student population.

 

The Attorney General is responsible for upholding the procedures set forth in the most updated version of Roberts Rules, and maintaining order within Senate. She/he is also present for consultation of constitutional or University policy matters, in accordance with the Code, Constitution and Charter of the USGA. The Attorney General is responsible for evaluating censure complaints and filing them with the judicial board by presenting all evidence of the case. Additionally, she/he presents evidence in the case of an impeachment of any member of the USGA.
