The Wellness Center is now offering web-based appointment scheduling through Open Communicator. Open Communicator can only be accessed while you are on campus.

Open Communicator is the secure online system that allows you to:

• Schedule appointments
• View test results
• Complete health forms

The following appointment types are available for web-based scheduling:

Mental Health Intake/Appointment: To see a mental health provider for the first time, appointments can be made online or by calling Dial-A-Nurse at 773-508-8883. Subsequent mental health visits will be scheduled with your provider.

Nutrition: To make initial or follow-up visits with the dietician, appointments can be made online or by calling Dial-A-Nurse at 773-508-8883.

Medical: Immunization, allergy injection, and annual gynecologic appointments can be made online or through calling Dial-A-Nurse at 773-508-8883.  You can also schedule yourself to see a registered nurse or a nurse practitioner for other concerns.

Please note that we do not take walk-in appointments since we take same day appointments to decrease your wait time. Emergencies will be accepted immediately.
