WELLNESS PROGRAM CATALOG

Make programming easy for your residents, your class, or members of your student organization – request a wellness program!  Wellness programs are led by professional Wellness Center staff and/or Wellness Advocates.

Get a great turnout - consider requesting a program for your entire hall.  We will work with you to put on a program that can include food, games, massage, and other activities.

To request a program, email Kevin Meier, Health Educator, at kmeier@luc.edu. Or check out the Wellness Advocates and fill out a Program Request Form.
We ask for 2 weeks notice to best accomodate your request.  If less than 2 weeks is given and we feel we can not accomodate your request we may decline.

Programs include:

You name it - we can talk about it! Choose from topics including ways to be more safe if you do drink, alcohol poisoning - what it is and what to do, how much LUC students really drink, why drinking is important to some students and not to others, and laws.
