Oh My God! Oh Your God!
on religion, spirituality, atheism, and politics

As part 10 of 12 of our annual special themed issues series, Digest magazine's "Oh My God! Oh Your God!" issue wants to know the good, the bad, and the ugly between the interplay of social justice and religion, spirituality, and atheism. Dominant religions play a pivotal role in discourses and power dynamics as they relate to resources. How have you been affected by this? Is religion a social creation? How do religions exclude people and why? Why has there not been a black female pope? What do you think? We invite academic, casual, critical, and artistic contributions for all special themed issues.
"Oh My God! Oh Your God!" comes out annually the third week of April. Our purpose in offering a broad theme is to not limit the large spectrums of topics and experiences having to do with religion, spirituality, atheism, and politics. Thus, if you have something you would like to share and you believe it is connected to this theme, we are excited to hear from you.
