Milestones

The selection of Loyola’s 25th president will be a multifaceted process that incorporates the feedback and perspectives of various constituencies. The process began in the fall of 2021 with efforts to establish a Presidential Search Committee and choose a search firm, and will continue through the spring of 2022, at which time the new president will be formally introduced.

The Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees selected the search firm Spencer Stuart after a competitive process involving extensive review of prior experience, search approach, and references.

Development of the leadership profile

The Loyola community will have many opportunities to voice their opinions about the attributes needed in our next president. Spencer Stuart will conduct open forums and listening sessions at each campus to solicit input and feedback, which will help the Presidential Search Committee develop a leadership profile containing the list of key criteria and qualifications required for Loyola’s new president.
