How to Have Difficult Conversations Around Diversity

• This training module is appropriate for an academic unit attempting to make its culture more inclusive around diversity, but is in need of coaching on how to have the sensitive conversations involved in doing so. It is particularly useful as a follow-up to various trainings our office offers as a way to provide units more confidence in moving ahead with shifting towards an even more inclusive culture.
