Join A Growing Group of Leaders: SCPS Student Ambassadors

Despite the necessary juggling of numerous responsibilities and competing priorities, both personal and professional, our students and alumni still manage to share their time and talent with new and prospective students. SCPS is very proud to share the countless ways our Student Ambassadors show their commitment to the Loyola community.

New this year, the Student Ambassador program is off to an amazing start, consisting of more than 20 active participants. These volunteer leadership positions are filled by students and alumni who have been recommended and selected by faculty and staff to serve as liaisons to new and prospective SCPS students, providing assistance to these individuals as they transition to the college environment at Loyola University. As you remember, the journey to return to college can be an overwhelming and intimidating feat, and having leaders serve as guides throughout this process has provided these students with the support they need to be successful.

We are so excited to have our Student Ambassadors share their stories at our SCPS programs, celebrations, and events, including new student orientation, student panels, information sessions, and classroom visits, to name a few. If you have any questions about this leadership position (which can be added to your resume), please contact Natasha Teetsov, Assistant Dean, at We would love to have you join our team!
