Michael Rydel
About
Michael Rydel brings over 30 years of experience in corporate training and university instruction to Loyola University. Michael began his career as a lecturer in Loyola’s English department and instructional designer for the university’s School of Correspondence Study. While teaching evenings and weekends at Loyola, Michael spent the 1980’s as an automation trainer for various IBM value-added dealers and the 1990 and 2000’s as Corporate Training Manager at Kemper Insurance. Most recently, he has taken the position as Dean of Curriculum for The Hadley School for the Blind while teaching English composition and literature courses at the School for Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS).
