This special event will give you an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming film, The Loyola Project, a story about the 1963 men's basketball team and how, at the height of the civil rights movement, the Loyola Ramblers of Chicago broke racial barriers on their way to a national championship. Following the preview, we will host a discussion with an exciting panel of experts, including the director, Patrick Creadon, and narrator, co-writer, and co-captain of the Ramblers men’s basketball team, Lucas Williamson (BA '21 Multimedia Journalism), who helped bring his team to the Final Four in 2018 and back to March Madness again in 2021.
