COVID-19 Updates

Spring 2022 Access 

General Information

1. Access to the Loyola Archives & Special Collections is By Appointment Only

2. Loyola classes have priority for appointments.

3. All researchers must wear masks.

4. Visitors from outside the Loyola community must provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test taken 72 hours before they come to campus. Researchrs will not be allowed in the library without proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test.

 

For Researchers from outside the Loyola community

Due to the Omicron variant the Loyola Libraries are open to current members of the Loyola community only.

The Loyola Archives & Special Collections is not providing in-person research appointments for outside researchers. Remote assistance will be provided to the fullest extent possible

 

Reference & Research Consultation Requests:

Please continue to use the Ask the Archivist form for reference requests or requesting a research consultation. Special Collections staff will continue to work with researchers to provide requested materials via remote access whenever possible.
