Fall 2021 Access 

We are happy to welcome classes and researchers back to the Loyola Archives & Special Collections starting with the fall 2021 semester. Please see below for specific requirements for visiting us.

General Information

1. Access to the Loyola Archives & Special Collections is By Appointment Only

2. Loyola classes have priority for appointments.

3. All researchers must wear masks.

 

For Researchers from outside the Loyola community

Loyola policy requires that all visitors from outside the Loyola community must provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test taken 72 hours before they come to campus. Researchers will not be allowed in the library without proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test. 

 

Reference & Research Consultation Requests:

Please continue to use the Ask the Archivist form for reference requests or requesting a research consultation. Special Collections staff will continue to work with researchers to provide requested materials via remote access whenever possible.
