Loyola University Chicago records are made available for internal administrative research and reference as soon as possible, however these records are closed to all other researchers for 20 years following their transfer to the University Archives. Researchers seeing access to closed records must provide written permission from the creating office, or such successors as there may be, before access will be granted.
