Some restrictions apply to University records. This policy provides information on these restrictions and what University records are not collected by LUCASC.

 Harmful Language Policy

The Harmful Language in Archival Description Policy explains how LUCASC is working on remediating any potential harmful language that might be found in the collections. 

 Reading Room Policy

This policy provides researchers with the rules of the Loyola University Chicago Archives & Special Collections reading room including making research appointments, using pencils, handling materials, and cell phone and digital camera use.

Reproduction & Use Policy

The policy outlines how to request reproductions of materials in the collections, requesting permission to publish or use reproductions for other than personal research, and includes information on copyright.
