Social Work Services

Counseling

Arrupe College social workers provide individual counseling. Counseling is a process of working with a licensed therapist to develop healthy coping skills and learn to deal with symptoms like anxiety and depression, which may be related to current stressors or from the past. Counseling sessions usually occur once a week for approximately 45 minutes to an hour.

Group Counseling is available at Wellness Center locations on both the Water Tower and Lake Shore Campuses. For available groups, please visit the Wellness Center website.
