Program Coordinator, Baumhart Center

Erin Lippert is the Program Coordinator for the Baumhart Center, an interdisciplinary center at Loyola University Chicago that prepares leaders to tackle society’s most pressing challenges through education, engagement, and research.

Before joining the Baumhart Center, Erin was an Associate with Koya Partners, a leading executive search and strategic advising firm that works exclusively with mission-driven clients. As an Associate, Erin was involved in all aspects of the search process with a focus on project management and logistical support.

Erin also served as a Program Associate for the Alexander Ross Group, a full-service fundraising consulting firm. There, she assisted with client research, communications, and meeting logistics.

While a student at Loyola University Chicago, Erin served as an Associate for the Baumhart Center. In this role, she provided program support for the Baumhart Scholars MBA Program and the Fundraising for Good executive cohort. She also assisted in the execution of events and the development of strategic marketing plans.

Erin received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Nonprofit Management from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago. She is a member of the business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi and held numerous leadership positions during her time as a collegiate member, including President, Chancellor, and VP of Community Service.
