Jeremy Levin - Baumhart Scholar
As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Jeremy fosters relationships with enterprise partners post-sale at G2, a leading business software review website. He is responsible for optimizing customer ROI through strategic relationship-building and coaching while leveraging G2’s solutions. Jeremy is also a leader for G2’s philanthropy, G2 Gives, where he engages his clients at G2 in meaningful social impact campaigns.
Prior to joining G2, Jeremy gained first-hand customer service experience through nearly ten years in restaurants and retail. Before pivoting to Chicago’s tech scene as an account manager and analyst, he spent time teaching in Spain where he also consulted for multiple international nonprofits.
Jeremy is passionate about his work with nonprofits, and serves on a number of boards and as a mentor across multiple global organizations. Fueled by his passion for responsible leadership, he created the first young leadership board for Maot Chitim, serving over 15,000 Chicagoland individuals needing support throughout the Jewish holidays. Jeremy also sits on the young leadership board of KAHAL, an international nonprofit supporting Jewish education while studying abroad. His leadership skills have led to speaking engagements at a variety of global conferences and earned him recognition on the Chicago Jewish Federation’s 2018 “36 Under 36” list of outstanding Jewish professionals.
Jeremy received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Technology Management from Indiana University, and most recently studied Nonprofit Management at Northwestern University through Boardified’s Board Member Institute.
