Renee Marongwe - Baumhart Scholar

Renee Marongwe is the Director of Ecosystem Strategy & Analysis of LRNG at Southern New Hampshire University. LRNG is the social impact arm of the university and is focused on expanding access to meaningful employment and education. In this role, Renee builds partnerships with communities to create the conditions for learner success by providing engaging experiences at the intersection of knowledge and hands-on work. She is responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of the Work + Learn Ecosystems, a combined force of youth, companies, non-profit organizations and public institutions interacting as a system to create pathways to navigate fragmented and siloed systems.

Passionate about the social cause of career readiness among youth, Renee brings with herself over a decade of experience in education and learning and development. Prior to joining SNHU, Renee was a Senior Consultant at Capsim Management Simulations, an education services company headquartered in Chicago. At Capsim, Renee was responsible for the implementation and support of technology-based learning solutions at global higher education institutions and corporations, such as Harvard University and GE. She also worked with various government agencies in Washington DC, including Tesla Government as the Training and Development Manager. Renee received her undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston.
