Advancing DEI in our Workplaces
Advancing DEI in our Workplaces is a forum for rising leaders who are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Through weekly leadership conversations, the program will examine five themes:
- The Business Imperative for DEI
- Allyship, Bridge-Building, and Leading from Below
- Developing Inclusive Cultures
- Leveraging Diverse Talent
- Engaging Employees in Impact
Who should apply
Rising leaders who are committed to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in their workplaces are encouraged to apply. We anticipate most participants will be from the private sector and will have less than 10 years of working experience.
