‌Welcome to our M.S. in Biology Graduate Program. Loyola and Chicago offer hundreds of advantages and opportunities to graduate students. Here are just a few: First, with several other major universities nearby, Loyola students can meet and work with students and researchers at other campuses. Our students often attend conferences and lectures at Northwestern University, DePaul University, the University of Chicago, Rush University, and the University of Illinois. Faculty from these institutions often serve as members of our students' advisory committees.

Chicago is home to some of the world's great museums and zoological institutions, including the Field Museum for Natural History, the Museum of Science and Industry, Lincoln Park Zoo, and Brookfield Zoo. Many of our scientists have collaborative professional relationships with scientists at these institutions. The wealth of things to see and do in Chicago can only enhance your graduate school experience.
