Taizé Prayer
Join us for Taizé Prayer every Wednesday at 8:00pm!
Based on Evening Prayer from the Liturgy of the Hours and modeled on the style of prayer in the Taizé Community in France,Taizé Prayer is filled with song, scripture, and silent meditation. The sanctuary is candlelit and the music is repetitive and chant-like. Those who attend regularly find a profound peace and tranquility in this style of prayer. Everyone, regardless of one's faith tradition, is welcome to this ecumenical prayer service. The first prayer of the semester will take place on Wednesday, August 30th at 8:00pm in Madonna della Strada.
