Lauren is responsible for developing and implementing a campus-wide retreat program, connecting students to spiritual direction, coordinating the chaplains for each of our Division 1 athletic teams, and serves as the chaplain to both the Men's Volleyball team.

After living on the east coast for 11 years (Boston, New York, and DC), she returned to her Chicago roots in 2010 to help create the retreat program. Prior to Loyola, she served as a high school teacher, campus minister, and coach for Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in the Washington, D.C. area. Lauren has been involved with Ignatian formation in a variety of roles for the entirety of the 21st century. Lauren earned both her B.A. in Theology and M.A. in Pastoral Ministry from Boston College. Her interests include running, volleyball, going on adventures, finding new physical challenges, exploring the awesome city of Chicago, story-telling, and traveling.
