One-Day Memberships

Memberships to the Halas Recreation Center are also available on a daily basis to the eligible Loyola community.  A one-day membership may be purchased for $15. Proof of eligibility is required.  One-day memberships are only valid on the day of the purchase.  One-day members must sign a Loyola University Chicago waiver for each time they visit the Halas Recreation Center.

A one-day membership is good for the entire day purchased. One-day memberships are available to:

• Current Loyola students
• Current Loyola faculty
• Current Loyola staff
• Jesuit Community members
• Retirees of Loyola University Chicago 

Proof of eligibility includes your current LUC ID, which must be presented before the membership will be processed. Eligibility is the same for one-day membership as it is for annual or semester membership.  See the memberships page for details on eligibility.

Guest Passes

Members may sponsor up to three guests per visit. Guest fees are $15 per individual. Guests must be 18 years and older and are required to show a current photo ID. Each guest must sign a Loyola University Chicago waiver for each time they visit the Halas Recreation Center.

A guest pass is good for the entire day purchased, but the member must accompany the guest throughout their entire visit.  The member is responsible for the guest at all times during their stay.  All equipment must be checked out by the sponsoring member.
