Are you looking to recruit students or recent alumni talent? Consider participating in Loyola University’s On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) Program or hosting an information table
Our fall recruiting season begins in early September and continues through mid-November. Recruiting in the spring begins in late January and continues through mid-March. There are no fees to participate, but employers must have an approved RamblerLink account. Due to the amount of preparation involved, requests must be made at least three weeks before the requested date.
Requesting an Information Table
Information Tables are another option for employers who are interested in recruiting for part-time, full-time job, volunteer and internship opportunities. Tables are located on both the Lake Shore and Water Tower campus. Space and time availability is limited, so reserve your space early. Please review our guidelines:
- Information Table must be requested no fewer than 15 business days prior to the date you hope to receive an assignment.
- Please have alternate dates or times in mind whenever possible due to limited space
- Employers are allowed to reserve three visits per semester.
- No information tables will be reserved on days of career fairs.

On-Campus Recruiting is offered to employers who are interested in connecting with Loyola students to recruit for full-time job and internship opportunities. An information session can be linked to your on-campus recruiting date, or you can schedule a session separately.
