Hiring Our Heroes Career Fair Is a Huge Success! Loyola's School of Continuing and Professional Studies partnered with the Career Development Center Service, the Illinois Comptroller's office, Illinois Department of Employment Security, and DOL-VETS to bring the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Hiring our Heroes, a free employment fair for veterans with over 90 employers committed to hiring Veterans, Active Duty military members, Guard and Reserve members, and military spouses. Over 50 vets were hired the spot; others with interviews and job leads.
