Center for Criminal Justice

Student Opportunities

The integration of research and teaching is an integral part of the transformative education experience at Loyola University Chicago. The Center for Criminal Justice provides undergraduate and graduate students opporunities to engage in applied research projects with criminal justice agencies, non-profits, and community groups. The Center seeks to provide students the opportunity to engage in a mentored research experience that provides intellectual depth and breadth along with a capacity to think critically and reason analytically. Under the mentorship of faculty and staff in the Center, students will gain practical research experience that they can build on as they pursue careers or advanced degrees related to issues of criminal justice.
