Mellon Foundation Award for Engagement for Unpaid Academic Internships
- Be enrolled in an Academic Internship Course
- Provide a photo, bio, and description of internship
- Submit a copy of your Learning Agreement
- Present at the Spring Undergraduate Research and Engagement Symposium
Once applications are reviewed, all applicants will be informed whether they have been selected for an in person interview. After the in person interview finalist will be informed that they have been selected as a candidate for the Mellon Foundation funding.
Who can apply? Undergraduate students enrolled in an academic internship course in conjunction with an unpaid internship.
How do I apply? Applications are closed until the 2022-2023 academic year.
Deadline for application submissions: Fall deadline TBA
All final payments are processed through Loyola's Financial Aid department. Students will have to complete all required paperwork in order to receive payments, which will be applied to the student's Loyola account.
