Located at 26 East Pearson Street, just two blocks west of the historical Water Tower and Magnificent Mile, Baumhart offers deluxe overnight guest suites in the heart of downtown Chicago. Newly renovated in winter 2016, our rooms have plush furnishings, wood flooring in the main living area and kitchen, and new carpeting in the bedrooms.

Room Amenities

Baumhart Lodging offers many different bedroom set-ups. Each apartment suite has two bedrooms (each with a private bath, desk and dressers), living room (with flat-screen TV with cable access, couch, armchair), and full kitchen (with pots/pans, utensils, serving ware, glasses/mugs, dishwasher). Bed configurations available include:

  • One queen bed per room
  • Two queen beds per room

Aside from contemporary living accommodations, Baumhart Lodging and Terry Student Center also offer the following amenities:
