Located at 26 East Pearson Street, just two blocks west of the historical Water Tower and Magnificent Mile, Baumhart Lodging offers deluxe overnight guest suites in the heart of downtown Chicago. Newly renovated in winter 2016, our guest housing has plush furnishings, wood flooring in the main living area and kitchen, and new carpeting in the bedrooms.
Baumhart is ideal for vacationers, visiting guests, summer interns, executive stays, conferences, work relocations, and students. Baumhart is an Energy Star–rated facility in the top 75% for energy conservation. Baumhart Lodging offers many different bedroom set-ups. Each apartment suite has two bedrooms (each with a private bath, desk and dressers), living room (with flat-screen TV with cable access, couch, armchair), and full kitchen (with pots/pans, utensils, serving ware, glasses/mugs, dishwasher). Bed configurations available include:
- One queen bed per room
- Two twin beds per room
- Two queen beds per room
Aside from contemporary living accommodations, Baumhart Lodging and Terry Student Center also offer the following amenities:
- Central air and heating
- Wireless internet access ($10 per device for entire stay)
- 24-hour security & daily onsite staffing
- Laundry facility onsite
- Fitness center (passes available at front desk)
