The Loyola University Museum of Art is dedicated to the exploration, promotion and understanding of art and artistic expression and attempts to illuminate the enduring spiritual questions and concerns of all cultures and societies. The Museum interprets and displays the University's medieval, renaissance and baroque collection, known as the Martin D'Arcy, SJ, Collection, as well as other museum permanent collections and rotating exhibitions. As a museum with an interest in education and educational programming, the Loyola University Museum of Art reflects the university's Jesuit mission and is dedicated to helping men and women of all creeds explore the roots of their own faith and spiritual quest.
