All Loyola Students Now Eligible for Vaccine in Chicago
April 19, 2021
We are happy to share with you that, starting today, the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) has now opened up COVID-19 vaccine appointments to everyone ages 16 or older in the city of Chicago. If you have not already, we strongly encourage you to schedule an appointment for your vaccination.
To schedule an appointment and find a vaccination location near you, please visit the CDPH website or Loyola University Chicago’s vaccine information page. Appointments are also available to you though the Illinois Department of Public Health’s College Vaccination Days through tomorrow, April 20.
We know that scheduling an appointment takes patience and perseverance. We encourage all Loyolans to make an appointment and receive the vaccine as soon as you are able, as the vaccine will help protect your health and the health of the entire Loyola community.
Even if you have received a vaccine, please continue to comply with on-campus COVID-19 testing, wear a mask, and practice physical distancing. If you have questions, please email COVID-19support@LUC.edu.
