Steps for returning to campus

  • Required COVID-19 vaccination: All full-time and part-time faculty are required to upload a vaccination card by Tuesday, September 21 or receive an approved medical or religious exemption. If your vaccination card is not uploaded and approved before you return to campus, you must participate in the On-Campus COVID-19 Testing program. If you do not meet the final September 21 deadline, you will be subject to progressive disciplinary actions up to and including termination of employment.

  • Required masks: Regardless of vaccination status, everyone is required to wear a face mask in all public spaces and in all buildings at all Loyola campuses.

  • Reporting a COVID-19 case: Students, faculty, and staff who test positive for COVID-19 must report their case to the University as soon as possible at COVID-19report@LUC.edu or by calling 773.508.7707.

  • Return to Campus Checklist: Please review this step-by-step guide to returning to campus, which outlines the requirements for vaccinated and unvaccinated Loyolans.

  • Return to Campus policies: Find the latest information on mitigation measures and policies for campus visitors, University-sponsored faculty travel, and more at the Return to Campus website.

I hope you can join us at the Faculty Webinar on August 12 to discuss these steps and more.
