Executive Master of Business Administration Degree

Today’s dynamic global business economy is characterized by the need for continuous change, insightful approaches to problem-solving, and responsible decision-making. Loyola’s Quinlan School of Business Executive MBA degree program prepares high-potential executives to distinguish themselves in the marketplace as innovative problem-solvers who understand good business practices and have the intellect and skills to deliver them.

Quinlan’s EMBA program enables participants to hone their management skills, refine their ability to integrate various business disciplines, enhance their critical thinking skills, and explore business issues in a global context.

Program Distinctions

  • Courses are results-focused. Participants learn from our faculty and classmates and will quickly apply that knowledge, immediately adding value to their company or business.

  • The cohort is modestly sized, so participants form a strong foundation for long-term professional and personal relationships. Classmates come from various industries and job functions, enabling each person to explore new perspectives and new ways of being successful.

  • The accelerated nature of the program means participants do not have to sacrifice success in their current work for professional development and learning opportunities.

  • Tuition covers all expenses, including books, international travel, residency weeks, and meals during the program.

  • Responsible leadership is a focus in each of Quinlan’s programs, giving students the tools to identify and navigate ethical dilemmas in the workplace.

  • Quinlan School of Business is accredited by AACSB International, the premier accrediting body for schools of business. Fewer than 5 percent of business schools worldwide meet the AACSB’s rigorous standards.

  • Program takes 18 months to complete
  • A new cohort begins each fall

Structured in an accelerated framework and designed for busy executives, classes meet every other weekend, Friday and Saturday, for 18 months. This convenient format allows participants to learn and advance their career while maintaining work-life balance.
