Allied Health Care Career Network (AHCCN)

Funded by Lloyd A. Fry Foundation, AHCCN is using CROSS Center’s scientific evidence to guide programming on and evaluation of an innovative, transformative career pathways model for low-income individuals.  The project aims are threefold: (1) To deliberately tackle the ‘sources of disparities’ in psychological, social, and human capitals among low-income jobseekers in the health care professions; and (2) To guide the transformative process of breakthrough by establishing a nurturing pipeline from enrollment, adult basic education, work readiness, training and education, employment, and retention.
