Profiles

Daniel Moreira received a B.S. degree from the Federal University of Para, Brazil, in 2006, an M.S. degree from the Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil, in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Campinas, Brazil, in 2016, all in Computer Science. After working for four years as a Systems Analyst with the Brazilian Federal Data Processing Service, he joined the University of Notre Dame for six years, first as a Post-Doctoral Fellow and later as an Assistant Research Professor. He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Loyola University Chicago. 

Research Interests

His research interests include Media Forensics, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Biometrics.
