About

Nicoletta Ruane Montaner is an instructor in the departments of Philosophy and Computer Science at Loyola University Chicago. She recently defended a dissertation in social and political philosophy. In 2017, she received a funding award from the National Endowment for the Humanities to build a statewide public dialogue program in Illinois. Her teaching interests include social, political and legal philosophy, history of philosophy and aesthetics.
