Nkem is a Senior at Loyola University Chicago and an international student from Nigeria. She started coding in highschool at the age of 13 to participate in the National Informatics Olympiads and won the right to participate in the 29th International Informatics Olympiad in Tehran, Iran as the only female participant from her country. She began college at the age of 16 and will be graduating at the age of 19 with a degree in Software Engineering and minor in Computer Crimes and Forensics. In her leisure time, she enjoys reading and writing stories. At the age of 11, she had written and published her first short story and hopes to publish another work in the near future. After graduating she plans to work as a Software Engineer, gain her masters degree and travel to every continent on the planet.
