Business Manager

Sam Celmer serves as the Business Manager and supports the University Centers of Excellence and the School of Education. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College and a Master of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Previously, she worked as a Coordinator for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she administered several US Department of Education grants.
