About

Emily Nethercott is a recent graduate of Loyola University Chicago with a BA in Women’s and Gender Studies and minors in Spanish and Bioethics. During her time as an undergraduate, Emily interned with organizations affiliated with worker’s rights, women’s health, reproductive health, and youth development. She also studied abroad at the University of Ghana in the spring of 2014. Upon her return, she began working as an undergraduate fellow for CURL.

As University-Community Collaborative Research Apprentice, Emily is working on the Family Court Enhancement Project, the HEART Women & Girls partnership project, and the Evaluation of the Illinois Children's Health Foundation Pipeline Dentistry Project.
