Currently Ann is a lecturer and the Arts Infusion Initiative Program Coordinator at Loyola University Chicago.  The Arts Infusion Initiative is a collaboration between a dedicated cohort of teaching artists from arts organizations throughout the city and Chicago's juvenile justice professionals.  It offers high risk teens in high risk settings strategically designed arts instruction infused with communication and conflict resolution skills, all provided by role models of positive life choices. Ann provides specialized professional development training and engagement opportunities for the teaching artists to advance teacher impact with teens. 

For the last fifteen years Ann has worked as a professional artist, educator and arts administrator here in Chicago.  She is a founding ensemble member of Congo Square Theatre Company where she has served as the Director of Education, Director of Development and until recently Executive Director.  While at Congo Square Ann was responsible for raising nearly 70% of its annual budget and establishing the company's long running Arts and Education program, Ensemble in Action that reached 200 students annually.  In 2008 Ann founded Mojo Performance Solutions an arts based consulting firm that specialized in proving executive and team building training, professional development for Chicago Public School teachers as well as specialized theatre residencies for youth.  Then in 2010 Ann was asked to return to Congo Square as its Executive Director, which she did faithfully until her 2013 transition to Loyola University Chicago. As a professional artist Ann has worked with some of Chicago’s leading theatre company’s including: The Goodman, Victory Gardens, Steppenwolf Theatre Company, and Congo Square.
