About

Carrie Hardin is a theatre professional based in Chicago. As an actor, dialect coach, and text coach Ms. Hardin has worked extensively for the past 17 years.

Some of her favorite productions include work with First Folio, Lifeline Theatre, The Steppenwolf Garage Rep series, Babes with Blades, Pegasus, CityLit, Promethean Theatre Ensemble, ETA Creative Arts Foundation, Idle Muse, Redtwist, Aston Rep, First Floor Theater, and the dearly departed Prologue Theatre, of which she was a founding member, dedicated to telling stories from historically marginalized communities.

Ms. Hardin has also dialect coached productions on the Loyola stage — including GETTING OUT (2017), VIOLET (2018), and OUR TOWN (2019). She has been teaching theatrical voice for the DFPA since 2020.
