Katie Klemme is an Educator, Stage Manager, Producer and Arts Administrator based in the Chicagoland area for the past 20 years and has been a part-time faculty member since 2007.

Stage Management credits include:  HAMILTON Chicago (sub), SORIN (National Tour, University of Notre Dame), as well as work with Geva Theatre Center (Rochester, NY), ArtsEmerson (Boston, MA), Todd+Bryan Presents (Las Vegas, NV).  Chicagoland credits include work at Northlight, Writers Theatre, Victory Gardens Theater, American Theater Company (Resident Production Stage Manager 2008-2018), Theater Wit, About Face Theater, Windy City Playhouse, Buffalo Theatre Ensemble, among others.

She has held leadership positions at American Theater Company, About Face Theater, Pegasus Players, and Organic Theater Company, with a specialty in leadership transition and new play development. In addition to work in the US, during her tenure at Pegasus Players she managed international tours to India and Egypt in cooperation with the US Department of State and oversaw the management of international exchange programs between Egypt, Jordan, the UK and students in the Chicago Public Schools through the theatre's Global Voices program.  Under her producership at Organic Theater Company, the theater garnered the Kennedy Center Award for New American Plays.

She is a proud member of Actors Equity Association, the union for professional actors and stage managers.
