Natasha comes to student affairs with her varied experience in nonprofit management, fine & performing arts administration, and higher education. Throughout her career and her personal life, she has had a passion for diversity, which first formalized as a committee co-chair for the Office of Diversity and Intercultural Development at her alma mater, Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). She studied Photography and Art History at MICA, where she created work in various media about identity, skin color, and the concept of belonging. As a lifelong learner, she has since taken classes in various areas, including improv, psychology, creative writing, and criminal justice. Currently, in her pursuit to be a scholar-practitioner, she is a graduate student in the Masters in Higher Education program at Loyola University Chicago. Fostering an affirming environment in which students can express their multitude of identities is Natasha's top priority. When she's not eating food or exploring Chicago, you can find her listening to podcasts or throwing spontaneous dance parties.
