Paige currently serves as Assistant Director, overseeing Students Together Are Reaching Success (STARS) mentorship program that supports the successful transition of first-year students of color and first-generation college students at Loyola. Additionally, Paige will develop and plan the ongoing training and development of SDMA Leaders, supervise two Program Coordinators, and represent the department on various Division of Student Development committees. With over three years of experience facilitating social justice and diversity trainings Paige will continue to promote student advocacy, outreach, and leadership development at Loyola.
Prior to joining Loyola University Chicago, Paige graduated from Seattle University with a Master of Education in Student Development Administration. Her graduate internships and professional interests focused primarily on the development of mentorship programs and leadership development within residential programs. In the past four years her passion for Jesuit education has deepened, where the value of cura personalis has guided her in developing holistic experiences for all students who engage in SDMA programming. As an advocate for students of marginalized identities, she strives to cultivate spaces that empower scholars to build community, think critically, and create change.
