A Formal Celebration
The LUCES Gala is a formal end of the year celebration in recognition of all our community members, the people who create our family of Womxn of Color here at Loyola University Chicago. The End of the Year Gala recognizes the following accomplishments of our community:
- All active members of a Programming Committee
- Graduating Loyola womxn of color (undergraduate and graduate students)
- 5 outstanding womxn who represent the "Heart", "Mind", "Leader", "Courage" and "Outstanding LMP Mentee" of LUCES
- The Scholar Induction, a candle light ceremony for the outgoing and incoming Scholars of LUCES

Location: Regents Hall, Lewis Towers (Water Tower Campus)
Doors Open at 5:30 p.m.
Time: 6 p.m.–8:15 p.m.
